Our first experience with Quakertown Veterinary Clinic was during one of the scariest moments we’ve had with our dog. He had his first seizure, and of course it happened on the Fourth of July weekend. From the very first phone call, everyone was compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring.Kelly was the first person we spoke with, and she was so kind and caring. She calmly talked us through everything and helped us feel less overwhelmed before we even arrived at the clinic. When we got there, we were greeted by Olivia Sullivan, who was absolutely wonderful. She listened carefully to everything we had to say, asked thoughtful questions, and immediately put us at ease. Her kindness and compassion meant so much to us.We were then seen by Dr. Ian Civco, and I truly cannot say enough great things about him. He was patient, compassionate, and wonderful with our dog, Elliott. He thoroughly explained Elliott’s blood work, his diagnosis, the medication he would be starting, what we could expect over the coming days, and all of the potential side effects. He took the time to answer every question we had and never made us feel rushed. Before we left, Dr. Civco even encouraged us to call him anytime if Elliott had another emergency, which gave us tremendous peace of mind.I was also pleasantly surprised by how fair the pricing was. During an emergency holiday visit, I honestly expected the cost to be much higher. The entire team at Quakertown Veterinary Clinic went above and beyond during one of the most stressful experiences our family has faced. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for both their patients and their families were exceptional. We are so grateful for everyone who helped Elliott, and we will absolutely be bringing all of our dogs back in the future.Thank you all so much for the incredible care you provided. We will never forget your compassion.
Always makes the visit easier
