Staff was pleasant, professional,, and compassionate. Very clean facility
Wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend Quakertown Veterinary Clinic. The entire staff was caring, courteous and professional from first contact through treatment and release.Dr. Maggie Holloway sat on the floor with our dog doing an in depth assessment, explaining things as she went. The condition turned out to be gastroenteritis so they kept Finley for day, did another assessment in the evening and recommended an overnight. We picked up a puppy well on the way to recovery the following morning.
Unfortunately on a trip visiting family from Virginia, my dog got extremely sick overnight and was throwing up blood and got himself very dehydrated. This warranted a trip to Quakertown Vet and although we hated that we had to be there, we were so thankful for this clean and kind facility. The front desk staff, nurses, and doctors were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. The bathroom, waiting room, exam rooms, and the entire facility was very clean. Its very pricey, but thats to be expected for an emergency 24hr vet. Thank you for taking care of my pup and getting him back to good health! We appreciate you!
Dr. Hurst and Dr. A. Schoenlein have always been very caring, patient and supportive with fluffy (my pom dog) and they understand fluffy’s needs and medications side effects as he can be irritable ,annoyed and stressed for being at the animal hospital specially when he is touched by people other than his owner but they have been able to handle him with love and care and he accepts that very well. The nurse at the ER was extremely helpful and very kind a especial thank you to her unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she helped fluffy to be calmed by playing relaxing music to him which I always do when he is stressed I was impressed that she knew what to do to make fluffy feel comfortable during his echocardiogram. Thank you Quakertown staff !!
